Another Point Of View
Is it a 2D game?
Is it a 3D game?
Is it a platformer?
Is it a puzzle?
Yes! APOV is a 2D and 3D puzzle platformer!
Your goal is to reach the final platform as soon as possible, but sometimes there are vertical platforms crossing your way. Change the point of view and interact with the buttons while having the same color on your player.
The current world record is 39 seconds!

APOV is my entry for the Mix and Game Jam 2020. The theme was MIXING GENRES.
This was my first game jam, and everything was created within 48 hours.

how do i move in the 3d mode it makes no sense :(
i figured it out :)
i really enjoyed this ;)
thank you! :)
how do you move in 3d?
New world record ... 39 seconds!!! (b)eat it!
How is that even possible! I just played for 3 hours and my best is 43.
My expectations were low but boy oh boy was I surprised! Precise control is needed to keep the momentum going and only then you are able to mess with the best. The 40s club. A refreshing experience in the pale industry that struggles to deliver a titel that keeps me interested for more than a minute. AAA producers are still figuring out the next generic BR meanwhile this guy gets it and brings a bowl of fresh air to the industry.
Nice little game! :D It is short but a lot of fun! I also got to 40 seconds, with a little more practice I might be able to be even faster ;D
thank you! i'm really curious to see if someone actually beats your 40 seconds! :D
nice game, had a lot of fun beating the record ... 40 seconds *cheer*
thank you! i just updated the description! :D
great concept :) I kinda got scared when the fireworks exploded at the end-
Anyway, this definitely needs tighter controls and a better (faster maybe) jump, and of course more levels, but as a jam game this is really good.
I'd appreciate it a lot if you could check my project out btw, it's on my profile. Keep up the good work :)
